My Objectives Reports

Filter Objectives

  • Objectives can be filtered in numerous ways to get a quick view of how you’re progressing and where to focus.
  • Filter your objectives objectives by:
    • Live – See which objectives are currently in progress to understand what’s currently being worked on
    • Not updated – Shows objectives with no update since a particular date to see which need updating
    • Pulse – See objectives by pulse score within a time frame (current, last 3 months, full year) to understand performance outcomes
    • Due by – Search by objectives that are due by a particular date
    • Name – Type in an objective name to search for it quickly
    • Completed – See objectives completed – all completed or those completed before/after their due date
    • Strategic Pillar – select the strategic pillar to show objectives aligned to each
    • Closed Objectives – Shows objectives that are closed and no longer being worked on
  • Use multiple filters at once to narrow your search. Export your search results to PowerPoint

Objective Linkage Diagram

  • See how your objectives contribute to, or rely on, other objectives
  • When an objective relies on or contributes to the delivery of other objectives they are aligned and therefore linked
  • Aligned objectives can either be cascaded down to create dependent objectives, or linked up to it’s higher level objective
  • See how your objective is linked to its family of objectives by clicking on the star symbol next to your objective on the My Objectives page.
  • View the owner of each aligned objective, its due date and percent complete
  • View the pulse scores for each objective giving you an overall perspective on the progress on those objectives
  • You can also switch between a vertical or horizontal view or export into PowerPoint.

Objectives Radial Chart

  • The objective radial chart gives you a visual representation of the performance and level of contribution of an objective and any cascaded objectives linked directly to the objective
  • Each cascaded objective from the higher level objective is represented by a coloured circle
  • The colour represents the pulse score. Red = not delivered, Orange = partially delivered, Green = delivered, Blue = Exceeded, Purple = Far exceeded
  • The size of the circle reflects the size of contribution that objective has on the higher level objective (Contributing, Material, Substantial, Outcome Changer). Contribution refers to the level of impact the achievement of your objective will have on the objective it is aligned to.
  • The distance out from the centre represents when the the secondary objective is due
  • Hovering over one of the objectives allows you to view the pulse score history for that objective
  • Drill down to any objectives that have been further cascaded by clicking on the objective
