Team Talent Profiles

Understand how to help your team perform at their best

Talent Profile Reports – what are they?

  • Talent Profile reports provide an aggregated view of what drives and motivates the team, their skills, their strengths and where there are opportunities to close gaps or make the most of untapped potential
  • Reporting on Talent Profile activities is available as soon as 3 or more individuals have completed an activity. They include Talent Profile activities that have not been shared, as the data is not linked back to specific individuals in this report. (To view specific individuals’ Talent Profile activities that have been shared with you, go to your Teams section).
  • The Talent Profile report can be exported into an editable PowerPoint report, to add your own commentary, so you can include in your regular management reports.
  • Organisational level reports are available to Kendo Administrators to view organisational and team by team Talent Profiles.

Personal Purpose

  • A individual’s personal purpose defines who they are, what they want to contribute and reflects their passions, motivators and talents. Where there’s misalignment with someone’s purpose and what they do at work there’s frustration and friction.
  • Leaders can help to ensure people live their personal purpose through their work everyday.

Strengths

  • People who have the opportunity to use their strengths everyday are generally happier and more productive in their job.  When leaders know their people better and understand their unique qualities they can harness their team’s collective assets.

Motivators

  • Motivated people are happier, perform better and work better with the team. When leaders know what drives their people they can understand how to keep them motivated and engaged. Where they see people are dissatisfied, they know where to focus their effort to engage them better.

Skills

  • Behavioural skills are critical soft skills needed for success. These are defined in a person’s Role
  • Leaders need to understand the skills they have across the team to ensure they have the capabilities to deliver the outcomes they are responsible for delivering. When they know where the gaps are they can create a plan to close them
