Add a Folder, notes and files

  • Add a folder with some notes and attach files
  • First give the folder a title
  • Add the details of your note
  • Attach files which you can later download
  • To share this folder, select who it will be visible to, your manager or anyone else
  • They’ll receive an email with a link to the Folder and its attachments

Search, Edit or Delete Folders

  • You can sort your Cabinet folders by Date (either date created or modified)
  • Search by title key words for quick access
  • Edit to add more detail at a later stage
  • Delete Folders and their contents at any time
