Talent Profile reports provide an aggregated view of what drives and motivates individuals, their skills, their strengths and where there are opportunities to close gaps or make the most of untapped potential
Reporting on Talent Profile activities is available as soon as 3 or more individuals have completed an activity
Kendo Administrators are able to view organisational level results or drill down by team to view aggregated data for that team
To view specific team data, select the manager to view the Talent Profile for that manager’s team
The results can also be exported
