Notifications can be turned on or off for Objectives Pulse checks
When notifications are turned on, users (both employee and manager) receive regular reminders to submit pulse checks. The dates that determine the timing of these notifications can be set up by the administrator
Reminders will be sent to users as these dates approach, however pulse submissions can still be made once these dates have passed
To select the timing of automated pulse checks notifications for Objectives add the dates under Setup Date
‘Objective cut off’ is the last day of the monthly pulse period. Actual performance should be updated once this date has passed
‘Objective submit by’ is when the pulse check is due and should be submitted by for the month
‘Objective manager review’ is the date the manager’s review of the team member’s pulse check should be conducted by
These dates need to be set up for each financial year
retrospective Notifications
Notifications can be turned on or off for Retrospectives by selecting Retrospective with or without notification under Setup Date
When notifications are turned on, both employee and manager receive reminders to submit retrospectives
Reminders will be sent to users as these dates approach, however retrospectives can still be submitted once these dates have past
Administrators can select the timing of retrospective notifications for each financial year
Select from the pre-defined options to automatically populate the dates or add your own custom dates

‘Retrospective submit by’ is when the retrospective is due and should be submitted by for the period
‘Retrospective manager review’ is the date the manager’s review of the team member’s retrospective should be conducted by
