Profile Fields
- Under ‘Fields’, administrators can set up Profile field options
- Default options are already included for each of the profile fields, however, these can be tailored to your organisation
- Field drop down options or selections can be added, edited, or deleted
Retrospective overall rating
- Under ‘Fields’, administrators can select whether individuals or managers will provide an overall rating at the end of the retrospective. An overall rating summarises the individual’s overall contribution and performance for the period
- The set up options are:
- Allow overall score in the retro
- If No – neither the manager or the individual provide an overall rating at the conclusion of the retrospective. They will complete a final summary comment that sums up the overall retrospective
- If Yes – Select whether overall score given by manager only
- Yes – Only the manager provides an overall rating at the conclusion of the retrospective
- No – Both the manager and the individual will provide an overall rating at the conclusion of the retrospective that summarises the individual’s overall performance for the period
- Manager score only visible to the manager – allows you to select who sees the overall score, if one is given
- Yes – the overall score is visible only to the manager and not visible to the individual
- No – both individual and manager see the overall score
