Streamlined Corporate Business Plan management

We’ve made it easier for you to manage your Corporate Business Plan by designating the CEO as the only business plan owner. This means that only the CEO can add objectives from the Corporate Business Plan page, ensuring a more streamlined process.

Delegation of CBP drafting

We understand that sometimes the CEO may need assistance in drafting the Corporate Business Plan. That’s why we’ve added a feature that allows the admin to give someone permission to draft the Business Plan on the CEO’s behalf.

Easier Board and CEO management

We’ve made it easier for you to manage your Board and CEO by giving the admin permission to add new board members and a new CEO. This is particularly useful for organizations that are undergoing changes.

Improved Corporate Business Plan agreement process

We’ve improved the process for agreeing on the Corporate Business Plan by allowing the CEO to submit it for Board agreement. The Board chair will receive the initial request and once they are happy, they can make it available for the rest of the board to see.

Enhanced collaboration on Business Plan objectives

We’ve made it easier for you to collaborate on Business Plan objectives by allowing Board members, Chair, and CEO to comment and suggest changes when the CBP is submitted. All comments will be archived once the business plan is approved.

Better planning for future STI

We’ve added a feature that allows the CEO to turn on planning for STI calculation and estimate eventual STI payouts. This will help you better plan for future STI.

Easier objective management

We’ve made it easier for you to manage your objectives by allowing users to copy objectives ending this FY year to next year. This means that you can easily transfer objectives from one FY to another, while still requiring manager approval.

More flexible target setting

We’ve added more flexibility to target setting by allowing users to set quarterly and half-year targets for numerical objectives. This means that you can better align your targets with pulse periods and submit quarterly actuals and pulse in one go.

Improved Pulse check design

We’ve updated the design layout for Pulse check for Growth goals to be similar to the Objective layout, making it easier for you to use.

More efficient task management

We’ve made task management more efficient by allowing you to add recurring tasks on the Kanban board, similar to recurring meetings in Outlook.

Enhanced feedback capabilities

We’ve added a feedback feature that allows users to give and request feedback on objectives, growth goals, and retrospective, making it easier for you to collaborate and improve.
