This is story of how we turned around our fortunes with the help of Kendo, an innovative HR Tech solution. In 2018, Asaleo Care recorded its fifth year of declining sales volumes, loss of market share and high operational costs.
The leadership realised it had to transform into an adaptive, high performing, resilient organisation that could anticipate and rapidly respond to the changes in the marketplace faster than its competitors.
A key focus was to change our leaders and employees’ mindset to one of ownership and accountability which could become a major contributor to the company’s competitive advantage.
Asaleo Care set out to build a culture of ownership and accountability which featured agreed objectives for all and frequently reporting of progress. A key focus was also to allow employees develop their own growth plans and take ownership for their own development.”
